These provisions establish the general conditions of sale and use offered by the company of Anne Liauzun (also called CÉCANCE here), owner of the CÉCANCE brand, on its website and aim to define the terms of articles saling between CÉCANCE of Anne Liauzun's company and the Customer when placing an order, from payment to delivery.

CÉCANCE is a brand distributed by the individual company Anne Liauzun, which is a micro-enterprise whose head office is located at 12 rue Danton - 93100 Montreuil FRANCE and registered in the INSEE Directory under the Siret number: 911 407 983 00028, reachable Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. by email to and which does not charge VAT (CGI, art. 293 B).

The acquisition of a product or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale and use.
The individual company of Anne Liauzun reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale and use at any time. This website and all the rights relating to it are the property of the individual company of Anne Liauzun and therefore of brand CÉCANCE.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the products sold on this website is systematically submit to the authorization of Anne Liauzun and the Cécance brand.
Article 1 : THE PRODUCTS
The products offered by Anne Liauzun's company are clothing items and fashion accessories, from her CÉCANCE brand.
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
However, some parts can be made to order. CÉCANCE offers products to order according to the materials available, with longer delivery times.

The products are accompanied by a description that is as precise as possible but not exhaustive and by non-contractual photos. The product's photoraphies are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors, which are for information only, the representation of which may vary from one computer to another.
The colors of the pieces may vary depending on the light, each product has a slight difference in shade, and this is due to the natural fiber.
In the case of unavailability after placing the order, the Purchaser will be informed by e-mail and invited to modify his order or to cancel it, without this being able to generate any claim for damages or interest against Anne Liauzun's individual company. Individual company Anne Liauzun will refund any payments for the canceled order to the Buyer.
For any order on the CÉCANCE website, the Buyer must automatically create a customer account, in order to be able to manage its orders.
He must provide the following information:
Surname & first name - Delivery address - Telephone number – Mail - Bank details (necessary for the purchase). This personal data will in no case be disclosed to a third party.
An account activation confirmation will then be sent to him, summarizing his email address (login) and his password so that he can connect afterwards. Opening an account is free and open, with no obligation to buy or sell on the Site.

Article 3 : ORDER
The Buyer wishing to buy a product on the CÉCANCE website must have the legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing him to place an order.
The conclusion of the sale will only be effective after sending an email confirming the registration of the order (with an order number) by CÉCANCE, provided that the email address indicated by the Buyer in the form registration does not contain errors. The Buyer must verify the conformity of the information he provides to CÉCANCE. This last cannot be held responsible for any errors in data entry and the consequences in terms of delay or error in delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipment will be borne by the Buyer. In order to be able to validate any order, the Buyer must necessarily accept these general conditions of sale and use.
Article 4 : PAYMENT
The prices displayed are exclusively in euros and include VAT. Prices are fixed but CÉCANCE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, these prices could not be modified once the order has been validated. The prices indicated do not include participation in postage and packaging costs which will be invoiced in addition as well as any promotional offers, indicated before the final validation of the order.
CÉCANCE implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online.
For this purpose, all information is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored on our computer systems. When you are asked to enter your credit card number, you can check from your browser that you are in a secure area. We accept payments by credit card via the stripe platform.
The order validated by the Buyer will only be considered effective and the goods dispatched when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. Furthermore, CÉCANCE reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute. A detailed invoice will be available on the website, in the "My Account" section.


Deliveries are made by independent service providers. In Métropole France, deliveries are made by La Poste, Collissimo or Mondial Relay.
The risks of transport are at the Buyer's charge. CÉCANCE cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery, loss, damage and other damage to packages during delivery. From the moment the parcel is deposited and registered at the post office CÉCANCE does not ensure the continuation. Upon receipt of the package, the Buyer must check the condition of the products before accepting the delivery. In the event of damage noted on the delivery, the Buyer must mention his reservations on the delivery note and reiterate them to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the article L.133-3 of the Commercial Code. He must also send a letter to the company of Anne Liauzun by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt of any damage due to transport within eight (8) days of receipt. No complaint will be accepted in the event of non-respect with these formalities.

If you have not received your Colissimo or Mondial Relay tracking number after 5 days and no delivery notice has been left for you, remember to check the status of your package on the post office or Mondial Relay website.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form. The supporting invoice will be sent by email. In the event of a delivery error following an incorrect delivery address given by the Buyer, the return and/or reshipping costs will be at his charge. In the absence of any recipient, a delivery notice will be left. The Buyer may therefore collect the package at his post office on presentation of an identity card.

Anne Liauzun's company will, in any event, be released from its obligation to deliver in the event of:
- non-performance by the Buyer of any of his obligations (payment price, accuracy of personal information)
- occurrence of a case of force majeure.

The deadlines are given for information only, they correspond to the means of processing, preparation and dispatch of the order. Everything is done to ensure that they are fast and respected, but they are non-binding. Times for international deliveries can vary by several days. Of course, the delivery period only begins once the amount of the order has been collected by CÉCANCE.
Delivery times in mainland France usually observed are 2 to 7 working days. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. The deadlines may vary from one product to another as indicated in the product sheet.

For "Available to Order" products, this means that the fabric is in stock and we can make pieces on demand.
In this case, the delivery times are extended from 15 to 21 days depending on the availability of the workshop.
A follow-up email of the manufacture of your product will be sent to you, as well as the sending of your package with delivery tracking.

In any case, the Buyer will be able to follow the delivery status of his package on the post office website. In the event of late delivery, the Buyer must notify it by email to CÉCANCE may therefore contact the post office to open an investigation (maximum period of 21 days) If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to the Buyer's home. If on the other hand the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation, the Post office considers the parcel as lost.

The absence of a contestation from the Buyer within 30 days of the order will constitute confirmation: the product will therefore be deemed delivered and accepted. It is therefore up to the Buyer to ensure that they contest before this deadline, in particular in the event of non-delivery within a reasonable time, so that any useful verification can be carried out. No dispute of any nature whatsoever will be admissible beyond this confirmation or this period. Any contestation, to be admissible, must be made by the contact form.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
CÉCANCE advises the Buyer to group their purchases into a single order, as it is impossible to group two separate orders. If the Buyer wishes different delivery addresses, he must then necessarily place separate orders, indicating for each the desired delivery location. He will then have to pay the shipping costs for each order.

Shipping costs are fixed at €10 incl. VAT.
Delivery is free for orders over €500 incl. VAT.

Shipping costs are fixed at €15 incl. VAT.
Delivery is free for orders over €550 incl. VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate of €20 (incl. VAT) for international deliveries on all orders.


All products can be exchanged or refunded except those marked otherwise.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, when a product has been purchased by an individual from a professional seller on the internet, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt products to exercise its right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
Any return must be protected with the prior agreement of CÉCANCE and the allocation of a return number.
In order to facilitate the processing of the request, CÉCANCE asks the Buyer to send an email at the following address: indicating the number of his order, then to resend the article to him accompanied by the invoice to the following address: Anne Liauzun (CÉCANCE) - 12 rue Danton - 93100 Montreuil- France

If when buying a piece, the size is not suitable, it is still possible to make an exchange depending on the availability in stock.
However, do not hesitate to send an email to the following address: indicating the model, color, material and size desired.
Cécance offers some models made by order, so we can guide you in your choice before your order and provide you with a follow-up when you place your new order.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, and must not have suffered even minor damage. They must not have been worn or washed. The Buyer will be refund for the amount of his purchase excluding delivery costs: the return costs remain at his charge. Damaged or incomplete products will not be taken back. Any risk related to the return of the order is the responsibility of the Buyer. It will therefore be up to the Buyer to keep any proof of return.
The refund will be made by re-crediting your bank card (secure transaction). After the 14-day withdrawal period, no refund will be made.
